Wade Miller took a no-hitter into the 7th inning at the ballpark where the
Dyersville Jurassics beat the London Hawk Lords by the score of 3 to
0.
Miller(5-4) was tremendous on the mound for Dyersville. He allowed only 2
hits and 4 walks in 9 innings improving his ERA from 4.50 to 4.05. The
right-handed Miller lost his chance for a no-hitter when Jeff Conine singled
with two outs in the 7th inning. Dyersville had 12 hits for the afternoon.
Adam Eaton(10-12) was charged with the loss. He allowed 7 hits and no walks
in 5 and 2/3 innings.
